A:Our dvds are
30 minutes in length and are in the universal worldwide format. They will play
in any country.
Q:How do I pay
if I do not have a Paypal account?
A:You can
still pay me without having a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal
account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout
where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have
the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal
account.
Q:What is your
return policy?
A:We will replace
any damaged or defective item at no cost to buyer. We will accept returns up to
7 days after receipt of item, provided the buyer has notified seller and receive
an RMA number.
Q:Do you
combine shipping?
A:Yes no problem.
Q:When can I
expect my order to arrive?
A:All dvds and
cds are shipped USPS First Class Mail which usually takes 2-5 business days in
USA. All books are shipped USPS Media Mail or Library mail which take up to 10
business days.Foreign
orders are shipped USPS First Class International.
Q:How much is
the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Depends on the
weight and item category. The charge will be noted in the checkout process.

internationally?
A:We ship within
2 business days.

A:For the last 22
years, we have we have had our programs broadcasted worldwide through EWTN
Global Television and others. (At no cost to EWTN) Our Ministry pays all the
overhead involved in traveling overseas, the cameras and equipment. Our prices
allow you to participate in this evangelization effort, otherwise we could not
